One project engineer to support project engineering. Engineer does not need to reside in country but require to be always accessible to provide the following scope, not limited to providing:
- QAQC Inspection Engineer specialised in Wells Equipment.
- QAQC Surveillance activities focusing into Wells Drilling tool and installed equipment.
- QAQC Surveillance activities focusing into Wells intervention rental tool and installed equipment.
- Technical query support on API & NS standards.
- Review & troubleshoot issues faced by the QAQC inspection engineer.
- Development of project specific quality plan for projects deemed critical by the COMPANY.
- Data analysis on TPI activities findings & recommend suggestions for improvements.
- Owned certificate of Risk Based Inspection API 580 & Experienced to handle Risk Life Assesment (RLA) projects.
- Conduct independent RCA on internal quality issues, to ensure lessons learned are captured and recurrence of the same issue does not happen.
- All instructions, standards or written procedures, worksheets, check lists and reference data relevant to the work of the Inspection engineer and maintained up-to-date and be readily available to the personnel.
- Review completeness of TPI reports & open actions are appropriately closed out.
- Monitoring all inspectors involved in inspection activities for satisfactory performance, where results of monitoring shall be used as a means of identifying training needs and system improvements.
